I have paid for two products thru paisa pay. Now seller says he hasn't received the money so till now I haven't received the product. who is responsible for this. For this mistake I have paid the money to my credit card company for the product which I haven't got yet. I am not sure I will be getting. What happend to the money???? where did it go???. If I haven't paid the money why it is billed in my credit card in the name of ebay for two products I have own.

If you have paid through PaisaPay, then it may take 1-15 days of time to take confirmation from the Bank.

So don't worry, see members rating before taking any action.

I will be very sad hearing you story but do not blaim ebay for this.

eBay is a platform to buy/sell product or service. The problem is with the seller. Seller is at fault if he have received the amount and did not sent the goods specified in the product description with in time.

What you can do is communicate with the seller and If you did not hear any response from him, you can send a final notice to him to fight in the court whether you really want or not since it is his fault. Even though, If he does not reply, you can take action against him in the court by sending a summon to him.

You can also file a complaint about the seller in Buyer Protection forum.

And about the money which has been charged in your credit card statement can be recovered by you, if you make a claim to your credit card company that the product is not delivered to you and ask them about "CHARGE BACK". they have to have deposit the amount in your account if you are not at fault. And the amount will be charged from seller account by your issuing bank.

I have gone through a similar experience. I had paid online thru credit card but the seller was deregistered by ebay before he sent the item. I immediately contacted ebay and paisa pay thru their links available on all ebay webpages. I asked Paisapay not to pay to the seller and initiate a refund to my credit card account as he was no more a registered user ( in your case also the seller has been deregistered ). Ebay and paisa pay took time to refund and I had to pay my credit card company since the bill appeared soon. But I wrote to them again and finally in the next bill I received a credit for the same amount I paid.
In your case it may be too late to get a refund from paisapay but you can contact your credit card company and ask them to cancel the transaction as the item not recd and seller no more available. If the bill has been sent already, pay it now and see that you get a credit in the next bill.
I have seen your rating page. You have 2 positive feedback from 2 different sellers so your rating should be 2 and not 1. You should write to ebay about that too.
Inspite of my bad experience I went ahead and continued my buying on ebay using paisapay and now I am happy with 30+ positive ratings at 100% positivity from all my sellers.
