I had a recent instance where I could not get the item bought about 4 weeks after payment through bank online. This was due to incorrect documentation. There were xchange of emails with the seller copied to the customer support of ebay, but no response from them. Ultimately I had to give a negative feedback but there is no response yet from ebay.Fortunately the item has since arrived. Correspondingly I had a complaint of non-receipt earlier and baazee came in promptly and resolved the problem.
There appears to be a distinct shortfall in ebay.:-(
