eBay should implement Buyer signature/seal/thumb impression immediately

eBay should (as far as possible, though not mandatory due to non-availability of scanner to some buyers),implement facility for uploading scanned copy of Buyer's signature/seal/thumb impression immediately (which should be viewable only by eBay, not seller) to act as deterrent to unscrupulous sellers who claim to have delivered the item to the Buyer. Who knows, they might have delivered it to themselves, friends, relatives, et al.

The buyer in turn should always sign/seal/affix thumb impression as well as date on courier documents while receiving the items.

POD disputes can also be easily resolved by eBay if the above is implemented.

CAUTION : Signature/Seal/Thumb impression of Buyer should never be disclosed to sellers and never kept in the public domain.

Very Funny.. A buyer will sign whatever he wants other than his original signature and start claiming that item was delivered to someone else.

eBay is about some community values which needs to be infused(somehow) into Indian ebayers by educating them about eBay policies and rules. Also eBay as a brand should be promoted as a communtiy where members value each other , instead of campaigns which are promoting it in a very much materialistic way.

Why not the DNA testing? Someone may be depraved of a thumb due to an accident or by birth, but the DNA testing should be implemented with immediate effect.

Here is what eBay should do:

1. Ask all the buyers and sellers to get their DNA testing done from eBay certified Laboratories in Denmark, Finland, Sweden and New Zealand Only as these are the least corrupt nations in the world and the chances of fake DNA reports would be least in these countries. All those who wish to set up eBay accounts in India should go to any of the eBay certified laboratory in any of these countries and then submit their DNA reports.

2. All the sellers and buyer should purchase an IRIS detection machine in their house of office and to login into eBay account, instead of password, eBay should ask its members to use IRIS detection machines. Two persons may have similar finger prints but not the same iris design.

3. eBay should ask the seller to include a GPRS devise in every shipment they send to the buyers and track the shipment and give live update of the shipment to the buyer after every 10 minutes.

If there is anything more complex, then the above suggestions should be ignored that that should be implemented.

I would add-

1- Police Verification of all eBayer's specially sellers.

2- Z+ Security for buyers under Buyer Protection(from sellers)

3- Mandatory 6 months regular Certification program( eBay college jakar, with over 75% compulsory attendance ) for sellers on eBay selling Practices.

4- Sample approval from highly technical eBay team before listing any item in bulk on eBay.

I would like to add further that there should a a special CID that deals with buyer-seller disputes only. It should have ACP Pradhyuman, Daya, Abhijeet and Dr. Salukhe.

The BEST can be implemented that indraneel ji mohit ji and other ebay staff members should collect the item directly from sellers and deliver personally to buyers. they can also bring a mini 10.1 laptop and tata photon+ with them . at the time of delivery they can ask buyer to login into ebay a/c. if the login was succesfull they will deliver the item to the buyer and make a hand to hand item receipt confirmation on mypaisapay: KYO SATHIYON KAISI RAHI !!
