This is regarding the eBay Guarantee Claim # 255597 which was resolved by your team and Refund was approved as on 10th August 2013.
Here's the content of the email I received from your customer care executive and nobody has replied back to my emails after this date. I have sent emails to your customer care email ID several times.

Remarks : As per our telephonic conversation on 10/08/2013 at 2.59 pm, we would like to inform you that we are closing your claim and approving your refund request. Just want to inform you that once the refund gets approved the refund amount would be reflecting to your original mode of payment after 3-4 working days if the bank is a private bank. Can you please update me with the status of the Refund amount as it is still not reflecting in my savings account of HDFC Bank. The mode of payment I had used was NetBanking.
