We had bought a weighing machine on ebay armd 4 mnths bak.. On delivery it ws found to be defective.. Dint get any response.. After feedback was asked to ship back the product at our cost.. Did that.. Bt till date no response.. Most disgusting online shopping.. This 100% guarantee is a big joke on customers.. I am so disgusted.. Going to take a big step..

Yep man ebay guarantee is fake. You need to call them for 20 days after that your claim will be processed. And dont think about refund or replacement

nope, not fake. actually there are 2 reasons behind any inconvenience. first, its not as easy and clear as you find from

your end---some complications are involved, and it does take a while to get things done. second, its true, at least i feel

so, that ebay india guys have become very inefficient lately. don't know the reasons, maybe they lack ability, or maybe

they're frustrated---but somehow they don't get time to reply a '1200+ feedback-member's' mails even. obviously you

as a new member can't expect anything better.

get it clear---ebay is a huge thing, they're doing business all over the world---mere stupidity can't take a .com to this

height. if there is any problem anywhere, its with ebay india. somehow ebay india's inefficiency doesn't match the

standard of ebay. so don't get angry, just feel ashamed knowing once again what we indians are.
