The best way to ensure that a seller is genuine and has served his customers well in past, do see the Feedback rating left for the seller.

Also read the feedback comments left by other buyers. This will give you an idea if the seller has good product quality, good service etc.

To see feedback, click on the seller user id or the number next to the seller's user id.
