Feature Request : Show Seller feedback only once they give buyer a feedback

I have raised this point earlier too but seems Ebay is not bothered. Nor are the sellers. Most sellers on Ebay India do not think that a buyer needs a feedback just like a seller needs a feedback. Most of the times they simply ignore feedback request...
