in aug i paid for ambay sa8 to ebay for seller vicksehga-0(mobile no:8506002244),the courier(professional courier airwill no 512887913) was broken and tampered i hadnt received it, till now i hadnt got refund neither the product,i had contacted both ebay and vicksehga ,both are not showing any response ,response of both ebay and seller is very shamefull and irresponsible

Please confirm the following

1. You paid in Aug 2016? or 2015? or 2014?

2. You have not received refund or payment or sorry from the seller

As per the IPC 302 Section F if a seller says sorry then he doesn't need to refund or ship the product.

As far as we can see your case is pretty weak.
