amount deducted but payment failed ebay

Hi,

Today i made one payment for memory card through Paytm Wallet.

the amount have been deducted from my wallet but i got the error message that the payment is not succesful please try again .

can you please look into this issue.

I too had the same problem while trying to buy a mobile charger on 11/7/15. The helpline number is always busy and I can't even find a mailing address where I can submit my issue. Finding no one to help me I even sent a message to ebay.in fb admin. There's response from nowhere. Is there any hope??? Any suggestions? ? Plz share. Ty
