I have received shipment from mobilecomputeronix for a blue tooth and I have paid thru credit card. It was a wrong shipment and now the seller is sending me separate emails and not answering in the dispute forum though initially he started on that. Now I undertstnad is no longer registered with ebay. How do I get my right shipment and in a worst case scenario, how do i money back?

How did you pay through your Credit Card? What service did you use, PayPal?
Have you filed the Not As Described claim with eBay? I strongly suggest you do this right away.

Whatever payment service you used, let them try to recover your money first, if they fail to recover the money, then file for a "chargeback" with your credit card company.
Kathie 🙂

Kathie,
Thanks for your reply. Though I have filed a dispute, the seller mobilecomputeronux is not responding properly. No action through the dispute forum. Can you help me whom to contact at ebay so that my money is refunded.

Hi rjoghee,
As kathiesklown1970 rightly suggested, you should file for a chargeback from your credit card company. After filing an Item Not Received / Significantly Not as Described dispute. The next step would be to close the dispute and escalate your claim for Buyer Protection.
You may close the dispute by - On the View Dispute: Respond page you will be able to see 3 options.
1. I'd like to add a message to seller and continue communication. (If you wish to communicate with your seller)
2. My concerns have been resolved - I want to close this dispute. (if you and seller have resolved the matter)
3. I feel I have no other option but to escalate this to a claim. (if you want to escalate to an eBay Standard Purchase Protection Program claim)
You may find the following links useful:
Claim form
If you do not receive any update on your claim after filing for the same, kindly write to eBay Claim Administrator
Warm Regards,
Sapana

Sapana,
As suggested by you, I have filed a claim and sent fax to ebay. I have not closed the dispute for wrong item sent because of my worry of my case not being represented any where when I am making a claim. Also now I am finding the seller MOBILECOMPUTERONIX is no longer registered in ebay. Can you please let me know when i shall get my claims?
