I had made an online puchase on ebay, (direct from USA) and it was shipped promptly. Unfortunately, item was not the same i was asking for and it was not fitting my tab. I promptly informed seller about my problem. After initial 3 communications, there is no reply. I contacted ebay guarantee, i got a call and they said they are processing. There is no reply option in any of the ebay communications and they want me to contact them in 48 hours. Really unhappy with the response of ebay.
