I can be able to make small order worth few hundred rupeed but It just dont accept my credit and debit card for higher price order.
Many other users are suffering same issue:

Why dont ebay look into such issue and fix them?
I tried 4 cards from all browsers and different IP adress but still shows same error:
"Sorry, your payment was not successful. Please try again or choose a different payment instrument".
Order worth over 25,000 rupees and online credit limit from banks are much higher. So no issue from bank side.
PS: I can make small order with few hundred rupees and it works well.
