Hi,
When ever i am refreshing "Buyer transaction details" details page, it sending me alerts on email and SMS. This is redunnce and even annoying. Customer should get the alerts whenever there is a change or activity on shipping, but not whenever customers refreshes the page. Page refreshment should not send an alert.
