Fraud sellers unfortunately are able to get away because we are not more proactive- for a start the fraud sellers id should be advertsed as widely as possible on forums such these so that the next buyer is not hoodwinked; also ebay should have a forum where these cheats are listed in detail

Check seller reputation from his feedback and make a decision to pay or not. If you don't know how to trust a seller, please ask live chat and give them seller ID, they can guide you. Most of the cheating cases are mobile phones and MP3 players. Please check seller feedback, and if item price more than Rs.1000, use PaisaPay. If you dont have online account send your cheque or DD to PaisaPay, they happy to accept and pay for you.
