WORST EXPERIENCE WITH EBAY FOR THE FIRST TIME

I PAID FOR THE PRODUCT TWO MONTHS AGO BUT NEVER RECIEVED THE PRODUCT AND EVEN THERE IS VERY POOR RESPONSE WITH THE EBAY MANAGEMENT FOR SOLUTION. I M GETTING THE MESSEGES FROM EBAY TO PROVE THE PAYMENT AND I M PROVIDING IT AGAIN AND AGAIN, BUT ALL THESE IN VAINS

SUCH A POOR EXPRIENCE EVER IN MY TWO YEAR MEMBERSHIP EXPERIENCE.

SUGGESTION THERE SHOULD BE SOME PROVISION FOR DIRECT COMMUNICATION THRU PHONE BETWEEN US

Ebay policies are less accountable then other shopping sites . Im an old buyer of baazee and i think baazee team was more accountable .

I had this experience with a seller called electonex_in1 from whom i purchased a T shirt on 21st July . I paid through paisa pay the same day . The seller who claims to be a power seller acknowledged reciept of payment in his feedback . The seller wrote to me that since he is out of station therefore there is delay in despatch . Due to this communication i did not file for 'item not recd . ' . I got busy and the 90 day time frame lapsed . Now since the time frame has lapsed ebay has refused to solve the problem even though there is concrete evidence that the payment had been made online and the seller taking an advantage of this policy is ignoring my phone calls .

SO MUCH FOR EBAYS POLICIES .

I agree that ebay is not a good place to deal as ebay do not require the seller to be authenticated by site. so most probably you will be losing all the money you may have put to buy the article .I used ebay to buy a pair of shoes well so branded addidas. Well it was a piracy of brand. I have not yet received my money back even though dealer keep saying he will be sending this back.

Look at the exchange of mails

I will never ever use ebay

I TOO FACED THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE A MOBILE PHONE WHICH I BROUGHT FROM SELLER FROM DELHI.
BUT THEN I OPENED A DISPUTE WITH THAT SELLER AND AFTER 2 MONTHS RECEIVED THE WHOLE AMOUNT REFUND FROM BAAZEE.

IT JUST REQUIRED REGULAR FOLLOW UP WITH THE BAAZEE DIPUTE TEAM,I KNOW I HAD TO FILL THE BUYER PROTECTION FORM AND SUBMIT ALL THE PAYMENT PROOFS,AND WHEN THEY WERE VERIFIED I WAS REFUNDED MY WHOLE MONEY BACK.

Bought an item on eBay. A game in its original packaging was shown on the item description page. I paid and obtained copied software. 2 CDs. And one of them is not even reading . There was a delay of around 40 days to receive the item ( fault of courier ) after so many mails with the seller ( I wanted a working replacement or a full refund before I returned the game ) I was forced to report item significantly not as described. Already the seller has made a complaint against me (calling me names)to the eBay. Now if I send the item back before I get a replacement/refund , the seller might claim that he initially sent the original licensed game only. I wouldn't have a leg to stand on. I do not trust this seller anymore. Some of his feedbacks already mention copied software. I think eBay will get rid of these kinds of sellers from their list. Otherwise eBay could be in trouble. They can't pretend that they are not seeing the items listed. Because there were somany feedbacks.
May be I should think about contacting NASCOM or something like that.
Imagine sending back the item with money from my own pocket. Then the seller says time's up and no refund. He can even say that I spoiled his reputation by saying copied software. And I wouldn't be having anything to show in proof!!!

I am not sure what the rules were for Baazee but the eBay Buyer Protection Program has a 60 day limit on filing for a claim. These are the timelines that you should be following when in a transaction.

I also bought a pair of shoes from seller bigshoebazaar, after 15 days seller was telling me that he doesnt have stock of those shoes and he gave me false promise of refunding my money..which wasnt the case.
This is first time i felt soo bad while buying anything on ebay.I wonder hw can a seller sell something which he doesnt have.The funny part is that this seller is still selling the same pair of shoe and promising delivery within 3 days...where as he doesnt have any...
