Urgent!!! problem with seller

Dear Support Team,

I won an item from ebay. After the auction is over I sent an email to the seller asking about his bank account number inorder to make online transfer.

But the seller told me that the item has been broken by his kids and it is not useful for you to ship. He said he could not contact ebay before the auction is over inorder to cancel the auction.

My trnsaction is open now, I dont know what to do next.
Please help me.

The listing was against ebay policies. ANd the seller had posted his Mobile no in BOLD in the listing.

If you feel the seller is not genuine - Please go ahead and file a Negative Feedback and Report a Item Not received Dispute.

But you never know the seller might not be lieing.

I purchased an item on Feb 2, 2006.

I send the sender two email saying I did not receive my package. Each email, he confirms that he just send my package by mail. I paid for the package to be email through microsoft word. Now, this is the third email I send and still no package. Today makes Feb 23, 2006
