USPS package arriving to india

i bought an item on ebay.com, the item took 15 days  to reach me and you know what! there isn't anywhere you can see its tracking number being updated after coming to india!
this is what you see when tracking:

Departed 2016-10-11, 21:47:00, DELHI

so am asking anyone? if you know how to know where your item is and how to get it faster!!

Also hope you know that customs duty is 38-45% extra on item price.

that's mostly on electronics but it may be less for other items
