I had ordered one item which when delivered was incomplete as described in their ad. However when I tried to mail them there was no response. So I went ahead and logged a negative feedback. Immediately they called me and informed that it was a mistake and they will send m the missing item only if I withdraw my negative feedback. I went ahead and withdrew my negative feedback and now after one week I am still waiting for the item and any response to further reminder mails. Now I have to go for further process to get them call me and/or deliver the item.
Another instance is the repeated mails from another vendor warning about giving negative feedbacks. They even have this "warning" printed out and sent it along with the item when it was shipped. It ends by saying that if I give them a negative or neutral feedback, they will no longer be "able to help" and that their "Responsibility would Cease Then and There"! For this reason I am going to give them a neutral feedback, eventhough the product was shipped promptly and in working condition.
I want the eBay staff to clarify about such instances and let us know how they can guaranteee safety to buyers.
