you might be the lucky one then cos same thing has been happening with me....i got FAKE product worth 952Rs. instead of the original one......when i raised a claim
they gave me a call, full one week later , saying " it is an OEM product..(i dont know what)....and the seller has mentioned it."
....WHEN IT WAS MENTIONED NOWHERE....
and then asked for more pictures of the item....which i sent them ...its been i think 15 days and still the lady was not available to speak to me when i called........
I was planning on selling on ebay....but have taken down all my listings....paid them their due of selling on ebay and plan to close my account......everytime i have ordered somehting on eBAY i got just about average quality products and this time the item as such was fake...so i had to raise a claim altough it doesnt seem to help...they just dont listen .....
