Item received not as per description provided by the seller. Payment made thru PaisaPay (Credit Card).
Seller tried to defend his case hopelessly. Did not answer the calls. Finally one fine day, on day 18 of the dispute, Ebay asked for the item to be shipped back in 24-48 hrs. I was out of town on holidays and when i got back after 4 days, i found ebay has closed the case, as the disputed item was not shipped in 48 hours?
How screwed up is this situation?
-> Ebay Takes 18 days to give a resolution and except user to respond back in 2 days ?!
-> Why not instead ask seller to respond within 48 hours?
The seller easily can choose 2 keep the case pending for 17-18 days, and hope that buyer does falters by a day or so!
And to top it all, there is nothing Ebay can do about it. Customer service reps are idiots, who just wont listen and instead will keep on interfering.
No wonder why its called Ebay India / PaisaPay and not PayPal India!
This is joke on d name of 'resolution center' and 'customer support'
