I bought a hTC M7 mobile handset from the following link on 12th May, 2013. The seller said it's "like new" as can be seen on the advertisement. Still I asked the seller before buying that whether there was any scratch on the phone or not, he simply replied "NO". So I went on and bought it. I received the package on 15th May, 2013, and after opening the box and taking the phone out my English dictionary was asking me whether it should replace the definition of 'like new' or not. The phone's LCD has two deep scratches, other several bruise marks, I couldn't count how many actually. The top bezel is dented, as well as bottom bezel, and the right corner of the bezel is actually being seprated from phone's body. There is a CRACK at the bottom of the lower speaker grill. There is a BLUE patch on the LCD too, at the top area. The lens cover edges have some scratches too. I paid 26700 for this piece of like new **bleep**, using a coupon, seller quoted Rs.29000 actually. Oh, and the invoice that bloody idiot sent is of Rs.10000 rahter than actually quoting the original amount, and when I asked that **bleep** why he did that he mentioned OCTROI, blah blah and said I will have to pay additional service tax if I want an invoice with original amount. Mothersucker. 

 

I flied a complaint and asked for refund within an hour after checking the phone. And tomorrow it will be TEN days. There utter dumb and idiotic CC keeps telling me, 'you will receive a call within 48 hours' and their more dumb Twitter CC keeps copy-pasting the same **bleep**ing message that they are looking at the case and will come back to me as soon as they can.

 

Now here are the photos of the problems, I have already sent an email to eBay, but as usual NO REPLY! The problems are marked with Red arrows / circles, I don't have a DSLR, so pardon the qualities of the photos.

Now if the mothersucking **bleep** seller is seeing this topic, I demand you to give me my **bleep**ing money back as soon as you can. And now about eBay, for **bleep**'s sake, DO SOMETHING. Rahter than be sitting there like a lazy **bleep**, do something useful. I know how stupid and money suckers you guys are, but just for a second try to think that you bought the item and this nonsense is happening with you instead of me.

PS : There is no doubt how we Indians can **bleep** up something good. Look at the international eBay, look at their community and how responsive they are, and look at this Indian discussion board. WOW. I am really ashamed. What a disgrace you guys are.
