I have not yet received reimbursement of shipping charges worth Rs.585 borne by me to ship back a damaged tablet (claim ID 1288252). Firstly ebay took like 2 months to take the tablet back and then they did not even pick it up and I had to courier myself. I was promised that ebay will reimburse the cost and I opted for DD (as cash reimbursement not available and I do not want ebay credit). But even after repeated reminders I haven't yet received the DD. It has been a torturous experience to shop on eBay. The return and refund process was a complete torture and now the refund of shipping charges. Extremely unexpected, ebay.
