Seller refused to refund my money back and Ebay service is Worst then worst.

So many times i mailed and contacted to ebay but Custoemr care center only forwording the message, even they are not understanding the problem. Ebay always tieup with Worst kind of sellers. I ordered on battery and my claim got rejected by ebay and seller not giving my money back.

Customer care is also worst worst Worst...Fake product in ebay.

I am not suggesting anybody to purchase from ebay,

I have purchased samsung galaxy S5. But it is not charging when connected to the charger provided. I had raised a claim against. But the problem is not solved yet.
