I won an auction for item number 5765641981. When I got the invoice from the seller I got an addition charge of Rs50 for sales tax. This was not mentioned in the item description or the shipping instructions. I have written to the seller about this and hopefully he will take it off. If he insists on charging me sales tax what are my options?
1. Isn't it against ebay policies to charge for something without mentioning the charge?
2. Can I decline the item?
Please advice.
