I bought a i9+++ phone from asianinformatics, ebay item 220492371570. Within a weeks time I contacted the seller about sevaral bugs in the phone. The phone battery gives only 20 mins talk time, while he had written about 200-380 mins. Suddenly the phone screen becomes black & white. I need to reboot to get color back. The icons on the menu goes missing, but the place holder remains. If I wait for a few mins they will appear again. If I compose SMS, the screen goes blank and after 20-30 secs gets back to the locked sceen. There are several other problems.
I have been writing several emails to him, but he has not bothered to respond to any of my mails. He had promised a one year warranty, but I think that was only to fool the buyers.
What are my options now? Have I just lost my money?
