Rise a claim is not working

I am trying to rise a claim for replacement or refund for a purchased item but this function in ebay site is not functioning. so what i should do, Please healp.

Got the resolution. I was trying in Mozilla Firefox browser, in it that is not working but when I tried in internet explorer browser it is working and I successfully posted the claim... Please make enable the claim function for Mozilla Firefox browser. Thanks.
