I guess i am into problem with worst paisa pay service .. after looking all the previous post where remittance money is kept on hold and i though it will be the same thing and i was dam sure it did happen . i sold 3 items on ebay and during the time of remittence they suspended my accoutn and hold my remmitnce amt when contacted the chat support they said they cant disclose the reason and money will be refunded to buyer. i contacted the buyer if they did recieve any mail from ebay abt money refund but they said no . again had chat with live support that the buyer will get the money in weeks time but till then its been 4 days no email has been recieved stating about the refuns.i guess paisapay is the worst uspport ever come crosss. evertime falses promise that it will be done but they are never up to their words. i guess paispay has no money due to increase sale which has happend recently due to coupons n all and now they have no money to remit as they never expected the same. we have people like indraneel who just rpelies to post but when u mail them they dont seem to ever reply . i am just compely pissed my 18000 rs are on stake and you dam people are just not concerend its not urs dam money ...if u cant refund the money on time bloody closr this paisa pay support and go away . everyime false promise that sir this will be done on time wait wait but nuthing at all . what is wrong with you guys . i know ebay have lot of peoples now and its increasing so dam increase ur support staff numbers too with well trained staff who cna solve query . put some staff who can take care of only remmitence issue . diide the dept so the workload gets faster . i jsut wanted to know now when will my buyers get the refund and i want a mail being send to them . i dont want to wait liek for a month or so . iwant this matter to be solved quickly as possible.i though ebay was the best but with paisa pay its the worst ever and will never recommned it to anyone after going through all the hassles with paisa pay . if u need money then chrge for registration but dont keep people money hold ... its their hard earn money and its is imppportant .. i dont care about ur shit systems who does it automatically but do somrthing act fast !!! india just lags behind becuase of such kind of support. dont u want o have a new year reoslution with effect support staff do that there will be well wisher for u . i want someone body to understand people issue and get it solved quickly . no just bluffinf around ...i have spoen enough .. and now i want to see some kind of action taken from paisa pay or ebay people .....
