Regarding the Item not deliverer after payment

I have bought the sony earphone through e-bay. I have paid the item 2 days after i won the bidding. It was about 1 week, but i didn't received the item yet. In the status of my paisapay, it is showing "Item deleted or archived. Contact customer support.". Can you peoples, please help me to get the product or money back?

Your seller has been suspended. That is when this message will come. Call your seller, ask him if he has already shipped the product or not. In case he is not responding call customer care and do as they direct.

Your money is safe as you have paid with paisapay. If the item is not delivered in the timeline. File an item not received case and you will get refund in 4-5 days.
