Buyer had claimed that he wanted to return the shirt. We promptly agreed. I even got a call from claims department where I informed executive that I had communicated with buyer and he is sending the shirt back.
Everything was going on fine. But today I see that
1- buyer has not got money.
2- Money has been deducted from our next remittance for refund.
3- We have not got the shirt back.
I request buyer to kindly send back the shirt to the address we had already provided to him. I guess the money will be back to your account in 3-4 days from now.
Point is you should not have opened a case in eBay guarantee once we sellers were ready for return. That is what complicated matters. I want assurance from eBay as they have already deducted money from our remittance that we get our product back.
