I have done purchase with offer on 'Season of gifts' on 15th October, 2012, and claimed my gift also on 28th October, 2012. It showed that my free gift will be delivered, but no communication has been made about it yet. I wanted to know when would my gift will be delivered, if I am ever getting it?? It was my first transaction on ebay, and getting negative reviews about ebay customer satisfaction.
