Regarding Virtual Credit Cards

Hello,

I just bought an item worth Rs35,000 from eBay.in

But I used HDFC Virtual Credit Card (Netsafe) for this transaction. And now that I have paid for it, eBay is asking for a bill statement or credit card photo.

But I don't have either of them as its a virtual card. Please help me.
