Dear skr007-2008,
I would like to add my comments to your post.
As per eBay: "The seller may also choose to leave negative feedback"
Please note that,eBay Sellers can no longer leave Negative/Neutral feedback to any buyer,Even if the buyer do not pay after bidding or buying item.
So,be relax there will not be any Negative/Neutral Feedback ever on your account if you are purely a buyer on eBay
(Buyers are the ultimate King)
But the seller may report Unpaid Item to get Final Value Fee credit for that listing.
As per my opinion,One Unpaid item strike to your eBay account will not be major problem.Your membership will not be cancel just because of one unpaid item strike.
I have many buyers who just bid but never pay.I report such buyers to eBay to get Final Value Fee Credit but never saw such buyers being suspended on eBay.
In the worst scenario if because of Unpaid Strike you account get suspended then there are many buyers who keep on getting back to eBay with new account and eBay never seems to take any action(You must have got the clue).
This is how eBay works.
If you are a buyer,Just enjoy here on eBay!!!
Best of Luck for your future purchase on eBay.
Best Regards,
Deep Agarwal.
