Payment of Rs 3313 made on 15-10-14. for purchase of 6cell battery for Laptop. Seller claimed to have despatched the item on
22-10-14 to reach here on 29-10-14. I raised a claim for refund on 3-11-14 which was acknowledged by Ebay but payment was on hold as the seller raised objection to my claim. on 4th November The seller confirmed me to claim for refund as the item could not be despatched. Since then I have been following up with Customer service and Call centre to sort out the issue and release refund but no action has been taken as yet.
Who can help in this matter?
