I am buyer for the following transaction.Paisapay id is 33480264146.On 18-4-13,a claim kept regarding that transaction is successfully closed and refund was approved in my favour.I was even told by claims officer that he will receive a 100 Rupees flat rate coupon.On 21-4-13,I got a message from ebay that refund amount was sent and also the reference number MSPD2967743397 was provided.When telephone customer care was contacted,at first they asked to wait until 3rd May,now they are asking to wait until 8th May to receive the refund.Till now he did not receive the amount.What sort of ebay guarantee is this?When will I get my money back and coupon exactly?
