this is silconvalley
i am facing a different kind of problem
the products been sold by my company have 3 different shipping options
1.national courier/express
2.local courier
3.local cod
since yesterday till today i have received 15 orders
in which 2 are paisapay and rest all are offline payment
futher more 13 of them are cod national
and 2 of them are demand draft
when i do not offer cod national how come the buyers out of mumbai ar able to select this payment mode
and in the case of demand draft the buyers have selected local courier and they are from far eastern side of india
now in demand draft i cannot even send a modified shipment details

when contacted with the sellersupport team
i was advised that the system is like this and i will have to mail all my buyers and tell them that i will not be able to ship them by the mode of shipment they have selected

"do you people what me to sit and send to each of my buyer telling i will not ship to each and every order that i receive"
this is pathetic support from sellersupport

ebay please reply is this the correct suggestion i received from sellersupport for completeing the transection i have received
and is everything right with the system the buyer from any part of the country can select what ever mode of payment he wishes
