Purchased on 19th via GEB, item not yet shipped

I purchased GEB - 190438870209 - Otterbox - Commuter Case for iPhon on 19th of this month and the last day for shipping is 1st October.

Left a message to the seller and got no response.

I understand that if the item doesn't get shipped by the deadline, I will automatically get my money back. But I am writing this to find out why there's this delay in shipping and if at all it is going to be shipped or not, so I can make alternative arrangements.

Any help will be appreciated.

it will take time in geb as its not easy process

there is lot of work involved in same and i suggest it may take 20-25 days but it is sure you will get item or money refunded.
