I purchased a mini projector on 31Oct14 for Rs. 4400. Transaction was lost. Unable to contact helpline and no response to emails. Got one or two calls from ebay promising refund in 10 days. Over 40 days and no response or refund or contact from ebay.
Customer feedback section on ebay is pathetic and obviously customer concerns do not seem to be of importance to the organization.
