Product missing

Sir,I purchase 2GB Transcend microSD, from Seller User ID: e_shop_77 for Rs. 298.00. The parcel was tampered and 2GB Transcend microSD was missing. While receiving my wife did not see the tampered parcel, she signed and got the parcel but the parcel was torn, and 2GB Transcend microSD packing was also tampered and 2GB Transcend microSD was missing. What should i do. I am totally dissatisfied.

Contact the seller and open a "item not received" case

I think the courier guys stole it,it happened with my first sale on ebay...DTDC guys stole the item and re-packed the parcel and delivered it
