Problem when contacting seller

It shows u have exceeded today max msg to send. I cannot ask more sellers abt the items,other info. What shud i do?

If you have purchased the product for the seller, Just check his email id. (you can get them in your email. i.e in the notification of the item purchased).

This will be more helpfull to you. Also if the seller has a yahoo/msn id, do try to contact him via yahoo messenger/msn messenger. I think your doubts will be clarified. ---------------

"Message limit exceeded" shows for users who are new on eBay and have not yet purchased anything on eBay or have a feedback score less or equal to zero.

This is a common problem and also happened with me, but soon it stopped showing after I bought/sold some items.

During this time I was allowed to communicate with another user just 3 times a day from a particular PC. But never give your email IDs to anyone because it is a violation of Section 9 of UA and you can soon be suspended.

THIS HAPPENS IF U ARE A NEW USER.
HAVE SOME TRANSACTIONS AND U WILL NOT FACE THIS PROBLEM.

The root of the problem lies in the eBay system itself !

Ebay does not have a verification program for casual users who register to buy. The SMS, postal or Credit-card verification is required only for sellers.

I figured out that eBay imposes this 'daily message limit' on such users who are not verified.
To solve this nuisance just get yourself verified using the following link:

Create a Seller Account

Though this system is for sellers, u can handle the problem through this program.

Had ebay put some thought over it, and added compulsory verification for all users, this problem could have been solved at its root.
