Poor response from powerseller goodvalue_99

hi everyone,
i bought a Ultra Slim HP 4GB Pendrive from this seller(goodvalue_99)who is powerseller on ebay & have overall good feedback rating.but in my case i am completely not satisfied with this seller's poor communication.i bought a 4gb hp pendrive from him & he sent it via firstflight courier & also provided me its tracking no. but the fact is that it never reached me yet & when i contacted my nearest firstflight office regarding it,i found that its lost somewhere during transit & they are not able to track it too.i informed all this to seller immediately through ebay messages,mailed him as well as personally called him on his mobile no but seems its all of no use.he never bothered to reply to my messages & mails ever & whenever i call him on his given mobile no.,he will never pick up nor reply back.
MY QUESTION IS THAT IS THIS KIND OF SERVICE & COMMUNICATION WE EXPECT FROM A POWERSELLER?????JUST SHAME ON THESE KIND OF POWERSELLERS WHO ARE NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO REPLY TO BUYERS & HELP THEM OUT.

hi, this is nothing new. there is no need to worry if you have paid with paisapay. as long as you don't mark the item received, your money is safe. once the time period for receiving the item lapses, you can mark the item as not received in paisapay. then seller will have to produce a valid proof-of-delivery if he has to receive his money which will not be present since you haven't received the item.
