Hi,
I am Dishank Gupta.
An ebay seller sold me an item of Rs.125.
Which had no additional cost on itand I had to send a dd od Rs. 125 But now he tells me that the transportation charges are Rs.85 and send a dd of rs.210
What should I do.
I cannot afford such a book
and ebay also didnt have the price of Rs. 210 on the item
so here the seller is at fault
when asked he told that he forgot to put the transportation charges.
Please Help me
What Should I do.????????/

hi,
If you have already send the Demand draft then after 10 days you can open a Item Not Received dispute. You could also report the seller to ebay india team. He would get suspended for asking more money after the item has been purchased.
The best way is to tell the seller that it is against ebay rules to ask for more money.
If you need more help then post again on community boards.
Cheers,:-)

Dear dishank_24 ,
Kindly post the Item number you have purchased.
No genuine Seller would ask for additional charges.
If its a mistake on Seller's part then you may file INR dispute.
If you are at fault then talk to your Seller and ask him to refund the money.
Always try to first resolve the matter, amicably.
Its a very small deal and it should not spoil the relations between you two. .
