I have made a Paisapay payment for a purchase of Rs.149/- on 24th August 2009 via icici bank credit card and my transaction shows successful.
But till 3rd Sept 2009 Paisapay showed payment not made.
Just to make things double sure I got a written confirmation from icici bank regarding this transaction and they have confirmed that the payment has been made to the ebay: see email below
"We inform you that these transaction done towards EBAY.IN (PAISAPAY), MUMBAI for Rs 149.00 on August 24, 2009.
The transaction is successful from our end and the amount is transferred to the service provider.
For any further clarification we request you to contact the merchant."

I wrote to Paisapay support on 3rd Sept 2009 and they replied on 6th Sept 2009 that no payment has been received by them and they will look into the matter.
This is condition of ebay Paisapay..........
