Hi mahapragna
You can make the payment in accordance with what the Seller accepts.

Most of them accepts Paisa Pay which enables you to make the payment through your crdit card or your Bank (there are only a few available).

The seller might also accept DD or Cheque.

If its an International transaction, the sellers usually prefers PayPal.
