Ordered a Phone with Box, jus recieved the box with accessories no phone,

Hi all,
I won a mobile phone on ebay bidding, it is an used item but still listed as new with accessories and box, and I gave my workplace (Oracle india) address as courier address. so the courier Desk ppl of my cmpny received it on Saturday and they preserved it. On monday i collected the courier, when i opened the box there is nt any mobile inside it, only accessories and manuals inside the box, I tried contacting seller he was saying politely like i shipped it, wait for ebay to take decision, but im feeling so tensed that i paid for the item and have nt recieved it :(, What can i do now. ??

@balabhargavayellapu: Its a very tough situation to deal with. Usually its mentioned as per policies, you have to check the contents of the package in front of courier person during delivery only. After that i do not think any issue will be entertained as somebody has already accept it on your behalf with signatures.

After accepting with signatures, Courier company will not reimburse the insured amount if anything.
