Octroi charges for getting HTC HD2 mobile

Hi guys,
I am from mumbai. I am planning to buy a HTC HD2 for 32K Rs. from a seller who is outside maharashtra. Wanted to know if someone knows what sort of amount would i need to pay for Octroi?

I am looking forward to buy a laptop from eBay ; @38500. I am from KERALA pin 670563.
Seller says the product is imported from usa. And the octroi/ other taxes need to be met by me if asked by the courier .
Will anybody estimate the amount of money......

i want to knw wht amount of extra money would i need to pay as additional charge or octroi charge??
