Not getting the product timely

Dear Ebay Team

Writing this mail once again. I have not received an answer fom you which is not satisfactory. 

Bought following products, but nothing is delivered so far:

(01) 2TB Hard Disk  - bought on  20/10, still with Blue Dart

(02) 2TB Hard disk (2nd one) - bought on 20/10 , seller has not yet shipped

(03) NoKIa Lumia Screen guard - bought on 19/10, still with Blue Dart

(04) Laptop Bag - bought on 19/10, still with Blue Dart

(05) Hot & Cold Dryer - bought on 12/10, still with Blue Dart

Needless to mention that Blue Dart is not providing proper updates and status in the site is older. 

Please note that I am getting prompt deliveries from other on-line sites. So, delay due to festive reason does not hold good.
