No sellers address ?

I bought an nokia earphone adaptor from seller accessoryonline item number 230063274767 and selected pay through demand draft option and it says that his
address is not even registered on ebay .

Does this mean anyone can sell anything on ebay and he doesn't even have to register his address ? !

If ebay has got his contact information please send it to so that
I CAN FINALLY STOP WASTING MY TIME.

As making a draft takes about 2-3 hours and I can dedicate that much time only on a few days of a week .

The most secured way to pay a transaction on ebay India is by PaisaPay.
This seller is new and if he/she is not responding to your queries then you should better not continue with the deal. In my opinion its better to find a more trustworthy seller having good feedbacks or prompt to respond to queries by buyers. .
