No response from the claim team

Hi,

Its been more than 5 days since I raised a claim (1103012). But, I didn't receive any response till now. Every time I contact customer support they very confidently reply a response will come in 24 - 48 hrs (atleast they are trained very well).

But, I'm really loosing hope that I will get a reply.

Is there no time limit for this?

Today it's almost 15 day, i had claimed my refund and i called 4 times to the Ebay Customer Care but there is very bad response. Those guys only saying that they have communicated to the claim team and you will get a call by next 48 hr.
Today they had broken all the limits of lies by saying that you will a call fro representative in next half and hr. I am still waiting for same. after holding call for half an hr. we r getting such bull**bleep** response.
I wil never going to buy anything from Ebay.

BlueDart levying octroi for shipping the item back to the seller. Is it allowed levy octroi while shipping back the item? As usual no response from ebay when I contacted the customer service.
