Hi,
Its been more than 5 days since I raised a claim (1103012). But, I didn't receive any response till now. Every time I contact customer support they very confidently reply a response will come in 24 - 48 hrs (atleast they are trained very well).
But, I'm really loosing hope that I will get a reply.
Is there no time limit for this?

Today they had broken all the limits of lies by saying that you will a call fro representative in next half and hr. I am still waiting for same. after holding call for half an hr. we r getting such bull**bleep** response.
I wil never going to buy anything from Ebay.

BlueDart levying octroi for shipping the item back to the seller. Is it allowed levy octroi while shipping back the item? As usual no response from ebay when I contacted the customer service.
