No response after dispute was escalated to ebay

I escalated a dispute for Item Significantly Not As Described on Jan 24th. The FAQs says that if i dont hear from ebay in 5 days i have to contact them again. I did that too and still no response. Can someone from customer care tell me how long the average wait time is?
