No product and no money return , even paymnet made through paisa pay

I recieved a prodcuct from the seller , it was damaged same day i reported to seller and ebay by sending picture of damaged product and returned the product to seller after 3 days this was communicated to seller and ebay executive , till today i haven't recieved money ,
ebay says they had given 3 day time to send return product reciept . after 3 days they have closed issue and cannot open it now , if i talk to seller they say they haven't recieved a money from ebay yet.

If the Seller have not received the money, then your money is with eBay, and will be given back to you soon.
